Joining Large Mirage at Wamby on September 19th two exceptional local artsits: Krankwalk & Saltheads!
Krankwalk;
Huh? What? Who? A four piece band playing blues infused, heavy groove, stomp your feet and bang your head guitar band! Jamming and conspiring in a hay shed, Krankwalk now begins their mission to bring their groove to the masses!
Saltheads;
G’day! We’re SALTHEADS, a four-piece surf rock band from the Central Coast of NSW. Formed by four 18-year-old mates with a shared love of timeless rock music and coastal living. We’ve been carving out a sound that blends laid-back surf grooves with psychedelic textures and classic rock songwriting. The band features Beau Spencer on vocals and rhythm guitar, Jesse Heise on vocals and bass, Dominic White on lead guitar, and Ethan Weir on drums. Together, we aim to create music that’s equally at home on a late-night road trip, around a beach bonfire, or on a festival stage. Drawing inspiration from artists such as Ocean Alley, Sticky Fingers, Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, and Eagles, SALTHEADS combine mellow melodies, expressive guitar work, rich harmonies, and driving rhythms to create a sound that’s both nostalgic and fresh. While our influences are easy to hear, we’re focused on developing a style that’s uniquely our own. Whether we’re playing intimate local venues or larger festival crowds, our goal is simple: deliver energetic, memorable live shows that bring people together through honest music and good vibes. Every performance is driven by passion, chemistry, and a genuine love for playing
together.
